Monteray Provides MSHA Training
Monteray Construction
has been contracted by Geocyle
to head up a construction
project which involves the
renovation of their old office
building and the addition of
locker rooms with showers for
their employees.
In order to work on the site all
Monteray employees and
Subcontractors had to be MSHA
Trained. MSHA stands for (Mine
Safety and Health
Administration) Part 46 plus on
site orientation. Monteray had
to coordinate training for over
133 employees and

Featured Employee: Timothy (Tim)
Simons
Tim has been employed
with Monteray Construction since
March 4, 2006. He is employed as
a Field Crew Member and is a
very valuable team member. You
can always count on Tim to
Represent Monteray Construction
in a friendly and professional
manner. The first thing you
notice about Tim is how polite
he is and his big smile.
Family is very important to Tim
and when he is not working, you
will find him spending time with
his two year old daughter
Asharia and Asharia's Mom
Ashley. Every Saturday he makes
it a special point to take his
Mom out for breakfast. If he has
to work on Saturday he makes
sure he takes her out on Sunday.
Every Sunday it is his family's
tradition to meet at his
mother's house for a nice
Sunday get together after Church
and to eat dinner.
We are very happy to have him
working with us here at Monteray
Construction.
